As CTO, I wear multiple hats—leading service-based projects, managing client requirements, and actively contributing to development. In a startup, titles are fluid, and I take pride in being both a strategist and a hands-on developer. From writing code to presenting solutions, I ensure our tech vision aligns with client expectations and business goals.
