My journey in the tech world has been an exciting ride—from starting as a Software Developer to leading large-scale global projects as a Project Manager. The Early Days: Building a Strong Technical Foundation
My journey began after completing my Master’s in Computer Applications (MCA) from the University of Madras. With a strong academic foundation, I ventured into software development.
I started working with Magento, WordPress, WooCommerce, and Core PHP in various roles at iPower Solutions, Olahviq Software Solutions, and Ink Refuge LLP. My responsibilities included:

The Transition to Project Management
After years in development, I realized my interest extended beyond coding—I enjoyed strategizing, planning, and leading teams. This led me to transition into Project Management.
At Vegam Soft Solutions, NDOT Technologies, I took on Project Manager roles, where I:

✔️ Managed UK, US, and Pan Asia clients with seamless project execution.
✔️ Delivered complex IT projects on time and within budget.

One of the most memorable experiences was my on-site engagement in Japan, where I handled a Taxi Application Project. It was a great learning experience in cross-cultural communication and handling real-time project challenges.
Scaling Up: Managing Global Projects
In 2020, I joined Pranion Technology Ventures Private Limited as a Project Manager. During my tenure, I led a team responsible for maintaining the claims application for Star Health Insurance. I collaborated closely with key stakeholders at Star Health, ensuring seamless communication, efficient issue resolution, and continuous application enhancements to meet business needs.
In 2022, I joined BrandCrock India Pvt Ltd as a Project Manager, where I:
